Simplicity of Mastery is designed for credential coaches who already have an active coaching practise and want to deepen their coaching capability and their client results. 

Members include PCC or experienced ACC coaches who wish to elevate their skills to mastery and add energy coaching capabilities to their work, or coaches with equivalent credentials from recognised professional bodies such as EMCC or AC. 

Professional membership is open to credential coaches from recognised professional bodies such as ICF, EMCC, or the Association for Coaching.

A PCC credential is required to join the Level 3 cohort if the participant wishes to use the training towards an MCC application.

The work is designed for practising coaches who are working with actual clients. Participants bring questions from their coaching conversations and apply the learning directly to their work.

Without active coaching clients, the learning quickly becomes theoretical.

All teaching in the programme is delivered directly by Tony Latimer MCC, the originator of the Simplicity of Mastery work.

Tony was first exposed to coach training in 1984 while in his first corporate leadership role. Through the 1990s he began developing and applying coaching approaches inside organisations, exploring how coaching could be used as a practical leadership capability.

Since 2000 he has worked independently as an executive and leadership coach, refining and teaching this work with senior leaders and professional coaches around the world.

Tony has held the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential since 2008 and was one of the first coaches globally to earn the credential through the examined MCC process (approximately MCC number 103 worldwide).

Unlike large training programmes that rely on multiple faculty members, this work is taught directly by the person who developed it. Participants therefore learn the thinking, judgement and subtle coaching capabilities of the approach directly from its source.

Professional membership was designed to ensure progress every week. I recommend the minimum of one hour per week for your self-study, plus time for attending the live tutorials or reviewing the recordings. Each tutorial is a 90-minute duration. 

The Level 3 cohort is a structured four-month programme combining 36 hours self-study and 48 hours attendance at live sessions. We recommend you be prepared to allocate four or five hours per week to the programme. 

Professional Membership provides up to 72 hours of CCE credits per year for attendance at live tutorials, plus 20 hours over an 18-month period for completion of the self-study components. 

The Level 3 Cohort is approved for 81 Core Competency coach-specific training hours comprising 48 hours Synchronous learning and 33 hours Asynchronous self study. Level 3 participants will also qualify for up to 36 CCE credits for attendance at the Membership tutorials over a 6 month period.

Yes.

Participants in the Level 3 cohort receive detailed feedback on observed coaching sessions and 10 hours of mentor coaching in line with ICF Level 3 requirements.

Professional Membership includes practise coaching as a frequent component of live tutorials, driven by what members bring to the sessions. Professional Members may request individual mentor coaching at an additional cost.
